Michael DeAngelo has spent his entire professional career in service to his community and his country. Drawing on his over 15 years of law enforcement experience, Michael has been working with Greenspan & Greenspan, P.C. to zealously advocate for our clients in personal injury litigation. Michael is excited to bring the principled and diligent counsel of Greenspan & Greenspan Injury Lawyers to clients within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Michael attended the Temple University Beasley School of Law’s part-time, four-year Evening Division program while working full time as a police officer. Undeterred by the workload, Michael applied for and was accepted onto the Moot Court Competition Team and Temple Law Review, where he served as both a staff writer and Note/Comment Editor.
Michael successfully published a comment in the Temple Law Review on medical marijuana legislation and its effects on DUI laws within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Michael was named the 2020 Temple Law Review Editor of the Year by his fellow staff members for his dedication to the members he supervised and his overall contributions to the Law Review.
Michael also served in the United States Army Reserve during his time in law school. Upon graduation and passing of the Pennsylvania bar exam, he commissioned as a Judge Advocate (Attorney) in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he continues to serve today. His primary duty is Legal Services: a branch of the JAG Corps that provides basic legal counsel to soldiers in a wide range of issues from drafting wills and powers of attorney for soldiers preparing to deploy, to protecting soldiers’ rights under federal laws such as Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act and the Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act.
Michael’s focus of practice is in civil personal injury/motor vehicle accident litigation within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
